If the work needed poses a danger or threat to fellow residents or pedestrians please treat it as a building emergency and follow the directions above. If your emergency is related to fire, smoke, gas or any other hazardous substance please call 911 first then your manager.

Please note: Not all requested work orders may be considered a building issue. If the work needed is determined to be a tenant issue we will advise as such.

EASY ACCESS: Brookings Property Management or its representative may enter my residence between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm Monday thru Friday to make this repair. If possible, we will call you before we come by. This is the fastest way to get your repair completed, as many days a repairman with some extra time may be in your neighborhood.
