Every person over the age of 18 must submit an application. We will begin to process them when we have all applications for the unit.
We have paper applications available at our office that can be accessed 24 hours a day. You can also download the PDF and drop it off in the rent box at our office 24 hours a day.
The property manager will process your application(s) and get back to you as soon as eligibility is determined to schedule an in person showing.
After the showing, if you wish to move forward with a lease signing, you will:
Go through the lease, ask any questions you may have, and sign the lease.
Pay the security deposit.
Fill out utility forms – All utilities will be set up directly with each company.
